Frequently asked questions
Do we clean windows inside and out?
Yes we can. If there were any safety concerns regarding access or height we would discuss this as part of our quote visit.
Do we clean inside ovens and microwaves?
Yes we can. These can be included as part of a Spring Clean task list or completed separately.
Do we take away grass clippings and garden waste?
Yes we can as part of our garden maintenance service.
Are all cleaning products eco-friendly?
We understand the importance of eco-friendly products especially for bench tops and areas where food is prepared. Our cleaning products can be discussed/negotiated as part of our quote visit.
Are we happy to use clients' own/preferred cleaning products?
Yes we are and this can be discussed/negotiated during our quote visit.
If there's a problem, what would our timeframe be to remedy it?
If after the clean you have a concern, please contact us straight away so we can resolve the issue prior to payment. It is very important to us that our clients are happy with our work.
How does payment work?
Payment is expected on the day of the clean and internet banking is preferred.
